SMST specializing in miniaturized HDI substrates for CSP, SiP and other package technologies, providing a range of substrate solutions for Digital, Analogue, Mixed Signal and RF devices manufactured to JEDEC standards. MEMS, MEOS, Sensors and Embedded Device packaging are the recent developed products.

The quality system of SMST is assured over the years as our operation was certified compliant to ISO9001 and TS16949 in 2003 and 2004 respectively. Not only being the pioneer in the substrate fabrication development, SMST is also a leading company in Asia for environmental protection and occupational safety management. It is the first company in Asia acquired RC14001 and OHSAS18001 certification in 2005.
