Overview
Meadville Holdings Limited ("MHL") was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 2, 2007, with its principal businesses in trading and manufacturing of PCB and Laminates.
On April 9, 2010, MHL sold its PCB business to TTM Technologies, Inc., through its subsidiary TTM Hong Kong Limited, and its Laminate business to Top Mix Investments Limited.
The liquidation process of MHL has been completed on December 13, 2010.
